Apple has recently announced its iOS 9 beta 5 for public releaseafter working on its connectivity issues and battery proficiency. The operating system version was initially announced for the first time in WWDC 2015 conference in June, 2015. There have reporting of many bugs in the operating system since then. The problems have been widespread in software and hardware front. The earlier version of iOS 9 was not compatible with the lightening video dongles. There was an error functioning in terms of Activation Lock. The OS displayed that the Activation Lock was enabled, when in actuality it was not. There were authentication setbacks in terms of Apple ID. People who changed their email addresses with Apple ID faced authentication error as the OS was unable to detect the change. The Healthkit faced an automatic deletion during update. HomeKit accessories which have multiple communications paths had repetitive appearance and the locationbased occurrence triggers are yet under development.
With these backlogs the developers have made efforts to sort out the connectivity issues at a priority level. Another interesting feature has been added to iOS 9 beta 5. A new set of wallpapers for personalization of the iPhone has been implemented. It is now been speculated that the brand has worked up the ladder in terms of correcting the loopholes of the OS. The aim behind the launch of beta program was to encourage the third party application developers to come up with innovative ideas. The brand plans to look into the feedback from the target audience for implementing further changes towards the betterment of iOS beta 5. The final version of iOS beta 5 is due release on September this year. Coincidentally, Apple’s iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will also be released during the same time phase. However looking into the current scenario of testing and implementation it can be expected that the launch might need an extension from the developer’s point of view. Apple brand has been the standpoint of ultimate technological development and has always given something new to the world. The brand currently needs to work on its newest development at an intricate level for its commercial success.
